mYoga Pilates

Pilate's exercises are performed on the mat to help strengthen the core, correct alignment and teach effective muscle use. Results include better posture, coordination and balance, as well as improved stability and concentration.

Pilates ring is used as a means of resistance to train deep core muscle in the abdominal area and enhance awareness of deep core muscle.
The unstable nature of the Pilates Roller is used to refine the training of the deeper core and spinal muscles. To enhanced awareness and stability of these muscles improves coordination and movement.
Traditional Pilate's equipment such as Pilates Ring, Pilates Roller and resistance bands are used to make the class more challenging. These equipments bring a further level of intensity and dimension to the exercise.
Apparatus is used as a means of resistance and assistance to help in the utilization of most muscle groups in the body through the full range of motion that is what makes this so unique.
