Classes are held in a heated studio to enhance stretching and deepen the intensity of postures. The heat reduces the risk of injury from improper warm up and assists with circulation and the release of toxins. All mY HOT classes are moderately paced. More challenging variations are taught in higher level.

HOT STRETCH
Deeper and more intense stretching is augmented by heat. In addition to improved flexibility, other benefits include better blood circulation and the release of toxins. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

mY STRETCH
This class focuses on improving flexibility. Deeper stretches are facilitated by holding the postures for longer periods of time.
